Free Relaxation Session

Based on breathing techniques DiElle has mastered in learning to sing, this complimentary class is focused on waking relaxation to help you unwind.
This is a quiet, unvoiced class, with no requirement to sing at all.

Please bring a blanket and a cushion if you have one, and wear warm comfy clothes.

Open to all, under 18s must be with a participating adult.

Please register for a place as we have limited spaces.

A collection for CLIC Sargent will be taken at the event, however, this is by no means mandatory.
