What is your cancellation Policy?
The Igloo Music UK cancellation policy helps our students, by placing importance and value on the lessons.
Our cancellation policy also protects the time and energy that the Igloo Team bring to lessons, helping students to achieve their musical goals and enables the team to maintain the best possible service to all our clients.
We operate a lesson cancellation policy of a minimum of a week to the lesson time. If less than a weeks notice is given, students will be charged in full for this missed lesson, regardless of the reason.
Sessions cancelled with at least one week’s notice will be rescheduled or held in credit with Igloo Music UK.
If under a week’s notice is given, the decision to offer an alternative session is at the tutor’s discretion.
Missed sessions for group courses cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Igloo Music UK experience a high demand for lessons and the large majority of students are chasing the same lesson times. This means that if a lesson is cancelled it impacts on the business and also means a missed opportunity of another person utilising Igloo lesson time to improve their musicality.
With this in mind, if you book a regular lesson time with Igloo Music UK it is expected that you will fulfil the commitment to that lesson. If lessons are repeatedly cancelled you run the risk of losing your lesson slot.
If Igloo Music UK need to cancel a 1:1 lesson, we will offer a make-up date and time at the earliest mutual convenience. If group sessions need to be rescheduled for any reason, a catch up session will be offered, usually added on to the end of the course schedule.
When you sign up to an Igloo Music UK monthly 1:1 coaching package, there is a 1 month cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made in writing either by post Igloo Music UK, Mount Folly Nurseries, Southwick Road, Wickham, Hampshire, PO17 6JH or email to info@igloomusic.co.uk. You will also need to notify your bank that you wish to cancel your Standing Order payments.
This policy is all in the spirit of providing the best possible experience to all clients of Igloo Music UK.
