an interesting thought I had today..
I spend quite a lot of time talking to my adult learners about trying to differentiate between what you can control and the outcome you desire. We all have the capacity – for example – to fling a bowling ball willy-nilly and then stand there willing it to go the way we want after we’ve let it go.
When we learn anything, this is an important mindset to achieve which can overall help you get quicker results. What can you control?
