This is a vocal workshop where we all learn songs together from scratch for a performance on the same day. This is great fun and a fabulous learning experience, keeping you vocally on your toes, as well as being a great fun performing experience.
Vocal Workshop
The workshop will also incapsulate exercises to develop performance beyond ‘words and notes’. You will experiment with the use of dynamics and consonant pressure to create more engaging performances.
You will have the pleasure of being instructed by John Gleadall, a choir director of vast experience, and DiElle of Igloo Music, harmony lover and creative songwriter.
The same evening, The Pallant are hosting ‘Blues and Brews’, a showcase of local talent, to raise money for The Big Build. The scratch choir will have a slot at this concert alongside other local acts and artists. Tickets for the concert will be available from St Faiths or The Pallant, all proceeds going to charity.
The choir will run from 2-5pm and the concert will start at 7.30pm in the same venue.
Under 18s must be supervised by a participating adult please, for their own safety. Many thanks.
