Drum Video – Short Linear Fill

This short linear fill shows the effect of alternating between your feet and your hands.

This adds a more dynamic range of sound with a low punch of the kick and the high end of the hats.

A good example of this would be ‘Kick, R, L, R’ repeated, this is a great way to get to grips with the prospect of linear patterns.
