Diaphragm Exercise Video

This video is a 2 minute exercise video to help you develop control, awareness and strength in your support muscles.

You should never feel like you are holding your breath, and you should never feel short of breath.

If you feel dizzy, work your exhale harder by  contracting your lowest abdominal muscles as much as you can before inhaling again.
