Learn To Play Day – 100 free lessons!

Saturday 12th April 2014 sees the annual launch of Learn to Play Day which encourages people of all ages to try a free taster lesson on some of the most popular musical instruments. This is a nationwide initiative and Nevada Music will be actively participating by offering a host of free taster lessons for all of those budding “wannabee” musicians who would like to learn to play an instrument …

In collaboration with our local partners Nevada Music, we will be offering the staggering total of up to 100 free lessons throughout the day with 15-minute tuition “Taster” lessons available on Drums (rhythm lord Chris Wood), Bass (MMS Greg Mudd), Keyboards (singer-songwriter and session keyboard player Natt Birch), Guitar (session guitarist and producer Tom Gibson), Ukulele (Natt Birch & DiElle) and Vocals (session singer, singer-songwriter and expert vocal coach, DiElle). Nevada Music will be providing all of the required equipment and we will have staff and teachers on hand to guide you through your lesson. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for music enthusiasts of all ages to get hands-on with an instrument or to try out your singing voice without actually having to initially invest in the equipment. Additionally for those who then want to take it one stage further and actually purchase an instrument, we will be offering specially discounted deals on the day and also the opportunity to sign-up for further tuition.
