Reindeer Trail 2016 – thank you letter

Huge thanks to all the performers who took part in this event – please read this thank-you letter from Sarah, Fundraising Executive at Naomi House..
“Hi Everyone
I just wanted to say thank you so much to you all for all your efforts last Sunday for the Reindeer Trail and Xmas Fayre, the feedback we received was very complimentary.
The new venue worked well, thank you Chris and Dave too for all your help and support before the event and on the day itself.
The new style trail with craft activities came in for much praise (it was lovely to see families sitting together creating wonderful cards and tree decorations and making up their reindeer food).
Everyone loved the BBQ, thank you to the Meon Valley Lions for your continued support.
Thank you to Wayne and your team from Scottish and Southern Electricity Network – your team worked so hard all day and the refreshment stall was tremendous.
Thank you to everyone at Igloo Music and Panatical you were fantastic and really helped with the atmosphere, again special thanks to Dielle for coordinating the entertainment, your support for Naomi House is truly appreciated.
Thanks to both Santas, Mother Christmas and the grotto elves – the children who saw santa were so happy and that’s what it’s all about after all!
To everyone else a big thank you for all your help, we could not do it without you. Please do pass on my thanks to those who came as part of all your teams. Do let me have any feedback and thoughts for next year as we have a wash up meeting planned on 16th January.
