The easiest way is to buy a small electric tuner like this one
If your ukulele is brand new, you may well find that it does not hold it’s tuning for very long at all. Whilst this is frustrating, this does not necessarily mean that there is anything wrong with the one you have bought. Because the strings are nylon and short they will need a certain amount of stretching before they will behave to your ears! Once you have played your ukulele a little more, it will calm down and hold it’s tuning better.
